I've had problems trying to get chicken in the drive-thru and getting excuses on how long it'll take. Happened about 3x's. It was so bad that I'd complained and... read more I've had problems trying to get chicken in the drive-thru and getting excuses on how long it'll take. Happened about 3x's. It was so bad that I'd complained and KFC sent me a gift card. I'd tried to use this gift card at that very location and still gotthe same excuse. So I'd left. I don't ever plan to get chicken from that location anymore.
