It was so bad that I'd complained and... read more I've had problems trying to get chicken in the drive-thru and getting excuses on how long it'll take. Happened about 3x's. It was so bad that I'd complained and KFC sent me a gift card. I'd tried to use this gift card at that very location and still gotthe same excuse. So I'd left. I don't ever plan to get chicken from that location anymore.

I swear that Manager NEVER answers store phone I reported them two days ago and they are the only option for Ubereats instead of the other locations so done with them and pot pie was OLD yuck. I suggest driving to Virginia beach to getbetter food and service. UPDATE: they did make a effort and sent me 5.00 off so I ordered it again on 9/12/2022 and it was muchbetter please stop making your sweet tea too sweet and preparing cold drinks before the Uber driver gets there the ice meltsfast drinks tasted horrible. I have ordered here over 9x in two weeks UPDATE : I want to say today is Sunday and I was able totalk to the Manager and explain how I would like my food and drinks . I must say Finally everything was done right the food wasdelicious but please work on wait times. I ordered at 5:30 pm and it arrived around 6:55 pm for two pot pies and two drinks.
