Our orders are consistently accurate, hot, and I never feel like I am getting shortchanged in terms of portion size. I always opt for the Georgia Gold flavor when I visit, as it never fails to impress. However, the new donuts we tried were disappointing. They were dry and flavorless, which is surprising coming from someone who loves donuts. I would prefer a cookie instead. Overall, if you are craving KFC and happen to be near this location, it is a decent choice!

My mother had to return her chicken leg as it was discolored and clearly old. The staff member's attitude towards my mother was quite rude and unprofessional. The condition of the women's bathroom was also unacceptable, with feces stains around the toilet. This experience has made it clear to me that I will not be returning to this KFC in the future. Overall, it was a very unpleasant and upsetting visit.

My grandson spilled a drink in the booth and I went to tell the same lady and she didn't even say nothing back. When we finished eating, it still wasn't cleaned up. They were making people come in and wouldn't take drive thru orders.

The customer service could use some improvement.

How come I can't post pic on this review. And I still have your nasty chicken in my fridge! Maybe u need to close this branch. Update after going at this kfc we got sick thinking is food poisoning but it's covid.maybe this branch need to check there employees for covid testing.we didn't go anywhere else after we got our food ND been sick since. today we went to emergency room and got covid positive. Will never trust any food chain again.
