We did experience a sma... read more This is a lovely restaurant with a fantastic atmosphere, which was definitely the highlight of our visit. The service was very friendly. We did experience a small issue when our food arrived cold, but the staff quickly resolved it. The rest of the food was delicious. It’s a great spot for celebrations or a romantic date night!

Since it wasn?t e... read more Varia is conveniently located inside of the Hilton Hotel. After a long drive from NJ, and a nap we were starved; so I didn?t care where I ate. Since it wasn?t extremely busy, we were able to get a table immediately without reservations. I ordered theChicken Parmesan my son ordered the Margherita Pizza. We both enjoyed our dishes. I especially loved the crust on my chicken,the only thing lacking was a tad bit of salt, which was a minor fix. The decor was beautiful, it reminded me of a library, yetupscaled. If I ever stayed at this Hilton again, I may definitely consider a revisit. Great food, Great Service ExceptionalCompany, What more can you ask for.

The chef precisely paired the amazing wines of Williamsburg Winery with his masterpieces of culinary art. The evening was filled with divine food, delishwine and delightful company. We were excited to learn the Varia has booked wine pairing dinners every other month throughOctober 2023! We are looking forward to many more pleasant evenings like this in the future.
