Grande - Norfolk

I visited Hotel Grande for the first time, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The table was extremely sticky, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly, and the waiter who seated my boyfriend and me only gave it a quick wipe down. I ordered nachos for my meal, but after finishing most of them, I picked up a chip and discovered a strand of black hair on my plate. This caused me to run to the bathroom and vomit my dinner. While the waitress was kind enough to remove the meal from our bill, I later overheard two other waitresses claiming that I had put the hair in my food myself. It's worth noting that my hair is brown, not black. I have no intention of returning to this restaurant again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

This is undoubtedly my favorite restaurant in Northern New York, and it breaks my heart that it has closed. I understand the reasons behind it, and I truly hope they can reopen in the future. I always order the chicken chimichangas enchilada style, and they are absolutely amazing.

This is my favorite place! The food and drinks are always consistently excellent, and I absolutely love it here!

The prices are exorbitant for what is merely average food.
