BEST CHINESE TAKEOUT IN NORFOLK! My husband and I have been going here non stop for weeks! We honestly didn’t expect the fresh food, fast service and reasonable prices at first. This is an absolute first pick for speedy lunch takeout. It has never taken more than 10 minutes to wait for an order (even a $40 order!! We truly enjoy stopping here.
