The Hurricane rollcame with ginger and the food was very delicious. The employees I interacted with were polite/ very friendly and I received myto go order of the hurricane sushi roll in a timely manner

Everything was fresh and the owner was wonderful, the staff took very good care of us. The plum wine so fragrant and delicious, the sake wasvery good too. I highly recommend Kotobuki Japanese Restaurant!

I got the vegan salmon teriyaki and didn't really like it as much. I would love to try the regular salmon teriyaki to see if that's much better!One thing I loved about this place was the miso soup! Best I ever tasted! This is overall a nice restaurant with some amazingstaff members and I'd recommend it to everyone to give it a try. There is a whole vegan menu so I will try out a few other itemson there to see if I like it. I'm not vegan but I am vegan friendly!
