For three mornings in a row in June, 2022, I ate at this tiny eight-seat bakery and seafood restaurant in Nome, Alaska. Pingo is not only far and away the best place to eat in Nome, Alaska, by any standard anywhere it's a great place to eat. I enjoyed the delicious seafood omelet filled with fresh salmon and rice. The chocolate croissant and the Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Dill Spinach croissant were tasty. Because Erica is the owner, cook, and, sometimes, the server and the bottle washer, too, your order may take some time, but the wait is worth it. I wish there were a Pingo where I live.
