We ate yesterday at The Toros for Cinco de Mayo. It woz packed, but the service and the food were excellent as always and we received our dinner in a timely way...

I have visited family in Carmel twice and both times we ate at The Toros. Food and service were fabulous. I highly recommend you try it.
