I had an excellent experience at the drive-thru with very fast service. Both ice creams I ordered looked and tasted fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I would definitely return! What Tomasa Oberbrunner doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
They got my order wrong. When I pointed it out I was told sorry but take what we give you. They then tried to smash flat lids, my request for tall lids was ignored, on top of the blizzards that I was forced to take and they promptly overflowed. I then requested a cup holder to prevent the overflow from soiling my seats and floor mats. Not a good experience. View all feedback.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is excellent. There's a great variety of items on the menu, all delicious. The drink selection is impressive—more options than I've seen anywhere else! I highly recommend this place.
I would stack it up against any Dairy Queen in the country when it comes to speed. It's always a great experience!
I visit Dairy Queen quite regularly, and tonight I was served by a lovely young lady at the drive-through who was exceptionally kind and accommodating. I ordered ice cream, a frozen slushy, and some chicken tender baskets. I must say, their chicken tenders are the best I've ever had—perfectly cooked and not greasy at all.
Most expensive, worst food and longest I've waited on dairy queen. Go somewhere else.
These days it’s hard to find clean fast food restaurants. I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean floor, free of trash, and ketchup packets. The tables were clean with no need to wipe them down. Let’s use their example and bring back the cleanliness. Thank you!
