The restaurant is never overly crowded, and the staff are friendly and attentive. Everything is clean and well-maintained, and the outdoor seating area is pleasant. The kids always have a great time!
The prices were way too high! Additionally, one of the staff members had family members sitting at the table pretending to be customers. I noticed one of them received a free extra helping and then came back to take the whipped cream can, spraying it in her mouth before walking out of the restaurant with it!
This charming little frozen yogurt and ice cream shop lets you customize your own bowl with a wide variety of flavors and toppings. The prices are determined by the weight of your creation, typically falling between $10 and $13 per bowl after it's weighed. I opted for a delightful mix of vanilla and strawberry ice cream, topped with coconut, cookie dough bits, and brownie bits. The soft-serve ice cream was delicious, and the portions were generous. It’s a fantastic spot for all ages, and I’ll definitely be returning. They also offer some cute Sweet Frog merchandise!
I think its the best Norfolk's had in a long time.
We love Sweet Frog and this one is the absolute best! The quality yogurt and toppings, friendly staff with excellent customer service, and their community focus make this location stand out. If you haven't been yet, you should go. You'll probably see us there!
