The building is decorated with art from a time when Billie Holiday and Josephine Baker were in their prime. A stage for entertainment and soul food that is delicious with an upscale appeal.

I ordered the catfish and grits, and the sautéed green beans for delivery. My meal arrived quickly, it was HOT and was very tasty. I will be making a visit to the restaurant. Thank you!

The beautiful pictures ! I was in awe and I love the concept. However for a crab cake that cost 26 dollars, should not have been tepid at best , there were so many pieces of crab shell in my 26 dollar crab cake. As well the 26 dollar crab cake was mostly mushy filler. I could go on but I'm not sure what good it would serve. Do better.

Taty, w... read more I wasn't even planning on having dinner, necessarily. I was just passing by this huge, beautiful establishment and happened to call in to ask questions. Taty, who answered the call, was so kind, warm, helpful and accommodating that I ended up buying a dinner to go. It was great! I haven't had catfish in a long time. I also had to try the sweet potato cornbread. It was an amazing creation. Absolutely delicious. I can't wait to come back and dine in. I'm so happy to patronize this new restaurant!!
