Chef Tsukasa is a master of his craft. Don't miss out on this hidden gem. The chirashi is just too good to pass up. Potato hand pies are phenomenal. What User doesn't like about Sachi Sushi:
I ordered the chicken curry but it turned out to be too spicy for me. The menu did not mention anything about a spice level and no other Japanese curry had ever had any so I didn't expect it. After a few bites I just knew it would bother my stomach so I returned it and politely asked if I could get a refund. I didn't demand nor did I expect one. When the owner agreed to it he then quite rudely told me to never come b... View all feedback.

I visited this restaurant for lunch and had a delightful experience. The food was outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5. The flavors were exquisite and everything was cooked to perfection. The service was also commendable, with a rating of 4; the staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere received a solid 4 as well; it was welcoming and comfortable, contributing to a lovely dining experience. Overall, a fantastic place for lunch!
This is by far the best Japanese restaurant in the area. I visit my mom from Oregon a couple of times a year, and this is the only place I want to go for sushi. The chef is a delightful and wonderful person, and you can really see his passion for his work. Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5.
However, my wife and I had a frustrating experience during our most recent visit. My wife requested no green onions on her salmon roll, but the owner and sushi chef, who is normally somewhat pleasant yet a bit curt, became agitated. He insisted that he was the chef and that she should like it the way he makes it. We politely explained that she simply doesn’t like raw onions and wouldn’t eat the dish, but he refused to accommodate her request, which he had done in the past. Instead, he displayed a rude attitude. I ultimately decided to cancel the order as we felt uncomfortable with the situation, resulting in him losing a $40+ order. We left feeling perplexed about why someone would insist on dictating to customers what they should enjoy. Given the odd atmosphere—located in the back of a small market—along with the chef's arrogance and the rising prices after the pandemic, I’m left wondering if I will return again.
Incredibly delicious! I discovered Sachi Sushi while shopping for groceries and was pleasantly surprised. The food is absolutely delightful and incredibly flavorful! The Sushi Miri Combo offers fantastic value.
