Love this place! Great harvest has been around for so long and we are thankful they are still here in this nostalgic part of kahala. Cheddar garlic is my all time favorite, 2nd is cinnamon chip. View all feedback.
What R C doesn't like about Great Harvest Bread Co Honolulu:
They don’t give some of their bread a chance to cool off before putting it in their plastic bags. Right out of the oven and into the bags. Bit into a loaf and spit it out because it tasted like burnt plastic. I’d imagine it would taste good if they fixed this problem. View all feedback.
If you don’t go here for the food, the friendliness of the staff really makes this place worth visiting. However, the food was just as good. We were given samples of their blueberry cream cheese scone and let me just say, they are known for this scone for a reason. It was soft, not dry, and overall delicious. I got he turkey pesto on rosemary garlic bread and it really hit the spot. The freshness of the bread made the sandwich even better! The breakfast sandwich was warm and good!
It was my first time there. I had a gift card and tried the cinnamon chip bread and focaccia. Both were delicious.
10/2023I heard about their Kahala Chix sandwich and finally had to try it. Not bad, and price is reasonable as well as their entire sandwich menu. Only place in the area to get a freshly made sandwich other than the mall nearby. I didn't take a pic of the sandwich, but it was that good. Enjoy! ?
I love the scones from here. Big fluffy with chunks of cream cheese.
