I keep coming back to their carving station because their meats are so tender. I also love their ribs! You just have to make sure you get a reservation and specifically ask to be seated near the buffet area because it's kind of a hassle to walk back and forth to get food.

The shrimp they used was fresh and the wrapper was no... read more Buffet 101 constantly changes its menu to give variety to frequent diners. I especially loved their hakaw. The shrimp they used was fresh and the wrapper was not soggy. Tempura station was quick to get refilled as well. Service was good and they are quick to clear out tables whenever we get up for another round.
