They are pretty accommodating here I change out a cream sauce for red or visa versa. Service is surprisingly good.
Spinaci Zola and Mint Ice Tea is a must. Kids get free shake if bill reaches 500P, hot soup if bill is 1000P with a Bimbi card. They have a no straw policy but you can request for paper straw.
My D.I.Y. Clubhouse Sandwich. When I can’t decide between the Prosciutto Praga Panini (Ham) and Pollo Tramezzini (Chicken Sandwich), I order both and share with the husband. Put the halves together and voila, instant Club Sandwich! And of course I gotta have Té Freddo Limone (Lemon Iced Tea) Patatine Fritte con Maionese (homemade potato chips with garlic mayonnaise) on the side. The perfect lunch, merienda or dinner combo in my book. Cibo truly never disappoints. After 21 years, it’s not surprising that they are still going strong. Tip: Always check out Cibo’s social media accounts because once in a while especially during their anniversaries or milestones, they come out with special deals. Like now, they have a current promo where you pay for the second dish for ₱21 (yes, 21 pesos) only! Read the promo mechanics for details on the selected dishes.
I rarely get al dente pasta in Manila. But this place delivered. The spot makes a bold statement having cooking roots in Rome and Milan. I’m must say it was a pleasant experience. The food was good (still need to be blown away with that statement) and the service attentive. I may go out of the box next time are try their flat breads.
