Our company's largest client used to have their office at the Asian Institute of Management, and our go-to spot for lunch meetings was Bistro Eleven, located on the fifth floor of the AIM Building. This restaurant stands out as more upscale compared to other dining options in the institute, attracting professors and instructors who often dine with their colleagues. The food is delicious and the service is attentive. Bistro Eleven offers a stylish dining experience with fine details such as tablecloths, goblets, and cloth napkins - a level of sophistication not commonly found in office building cafeterias. The restaurant also features framed artwork, adding to its elegant ambiance. While they serve fusion Asian cuisine, I personally enjoy their perfectly balanced pesto pasta dish.

I often attend seminars or conferences at AIM, and I appreciate the convenience of having a more upscale cafeteria at their Conference Center. Located on the 5th floor, this cozy bistro-cafeteria offers decent service and ambiance. You can expect to dine alongside students, lecturers, and conference attendees. The menu offers a blend of Filipino and continental dishes, catering to a variety of tastes. Popular options include the Bistro 11 Kare Kare and the All-Day Breakfast choices like the Benavidez Platter and the American Platter. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food served.
