The woman behind the counter was cold and answered all questions with one-word answers. She was slow and surly and seemed like she hates her life. We felt like we were putting her out by being there. The food is awful. It reminds me of highly-processed morningstar farms (supposedly healthy but in reality manufactured by a giant corporation and full of chemicals) food in the US. The spicy burger had no spice and was tough as shoe leather. The potatoes were cooked somewhere else and just reheated. The BBQ sauce is right out of a plastic jar. The mayo has no taste, the cheese is rubbery and doesn 't melt. The vegan food at Not Dog gives vegan food a bad name and the service is reprehensible. Don 't waste your time or money. Absolutely highly processed junk food. Thank you for your rebuttal, it reinforces my review.
