While staying at the Hyatt, we dined at Le3 and must say it was a lovely experience; the sea-view and cuisine were wonderful.
Excellent! I visited the bar of her beautiful facility one night with my friend. we were warmly welcomed by monsieur beliaeff. the ambiente was perfect and the bar very tastefully decorated. m beliaeff managed to make me the most delicious amaretto sour I've ever tasted! my friend appreciated the quality of the ingredients. fruits and crackers were served on the table for our confort. the personal went by to ask us if we need something, but on very discreet wise, without disturbing us. when we said we would like to smoke, they have made us a table with a view of the famous terrace of palais de la Mediterraneannee, and they offered us cover. some other cocktails we have tried were: porn star martini and lemon tarte, which did not even in the menu at this point, but we had luck enough to try it avant premiere. overall the entire experience was a joy, the ambiente is incredible, the personal high class, attentive and very friendly. we would like to thank herrn beliaeff especially for being so well looked after, his professionalism, his exquisite mixology valley and the most important the beautiful memory he helped us this evening. we're coming back.
