The restaurant is on the third floor so you have a magnificent view of the promenade and the sea. This is not to be missed. The service is very friendly yet professional. He menu choices were very good so just enjoy he evening!
I highly recommend dining at Le 3e whether you are guests or not of the Hyatt in Nice. It's a good-quality break from the tourist traps in the old town, serves dishes made with fresh ingredients, and the views from the restaurant are stunning. Prices are comparable to London restaurants, but you get what you pay for.
I don't like hotel restaurants, they are usually for business men/women, and the food is bland and dull. So I was dubious. What a surprise! Great food, not a huge choice and very little if you are a veggie muncher. The ravioli to start was delicious and The steak was lovely my wife's rabbit was Devine. Although the translation of "stew" on the menu is a bit misleading as it wasn't really a "stew" in the UK sense of a stew. But hey ho. No desserts, as they were closing but we had some lovely cocktails in the bar, very good. The staff were really nice. Reasonably priced as well, wine was a nice red Sancerre at £56 and bill was £114. Worth a visit.
Hotel restaurants used to have their busiest evenings on Sundays. That's when the business and conference travelers checked in and were too tired or busy to search for a local restaurant. By Monday, the number of people to be found in any hotel dining room could be counted on the fingers of one hand. That changed; today, hotel restaurants often compete as separate venues for diners. The 3e restaurant in the Palais de la Mediterranee is an excellent example. The menu featured a strong Nicoise presence with its nod towards Italian pastas as the city was once part of Italy. The cost was also moderate. Do they change the price when tourist season is over? I heard several tables of French-speakers and saw tables with families with children. The restaurant's wine list had a decent array of wines by the glass. Service was excellent. A word about the setting; unusual, but very pleasant. Both indoor and "semi-outdoor" dining is available. When the weather is pleasant, tables are set along the interior of the remaining facade of the original Casino. Diners can practically hear the sea from the large open columns that provide a breeze and feeling of spaciousness. The indoor pool, a space for private gatherings are also part of third level. In spite of the multi-use of this space, it is so large and so open that works very well. Now, if only someone could explain the giant blow-up Disney girl that seems like she will fly into the air at any moment . . .

Not frankly convinced by this establishment that has a very good reputation. The welcome, the dish and the frame are obviously very correct, with a magnificent view of the Promenade des Anglais de la terasse, but other details have much more negative connotations. It had to be expected, but prices remain very high and I would recommend a dinner in this restaurant only for rare snacks. But recharge 1.5 L of flat water 14 Euro for the use of the term bottle and non carafe, is it not a little excessive? The dish was for its part good plutot (Picanha de Boeuf) and served quickly, but the servers could have been more enjoyable. Bill to 270 euros for six people at the end. In short, I put 3 stars for the correct dish and especially the frame that is really ideal. Thanks to the restaurant for the reception.
Perfect for a business lunch. Formula at 28€ flat entrance. We had a good time. Very nice staff.
Don't stay here if you like food. Prices are ridiculous and food is not rising. I am a vegan, so I understand that it may be more difficult to adapt to this, but the chef said he could prepare me a special vegan dish. I received an unsealed falafel plate with a side of literal lettuce, not even a salad or rice or potatoes or houmous or anything to make it a "inflated" but I was charged €24 for that. My friend had the risotto in calamars, the fade rice with a dry consistency and soft calamars. The view of the restaurant was amazing if you have a place first as we did. Service, location, atmosphere and cleanliness are all classified 10/10, but food needs serious work. Ideal for a drink or dessert but not a meal. (Original view) Don't go ICI if you like food. Almost all of the menu could be modified to gf. The waitresses were so helpful and made sure to notify the chef of gluten allergy. They also brought out gf bread and the view of this place can’t be beat!
