Foie gras is creamy and flavorful; fish is flavorful. Lobster risotto is the most popular dish in the restaurant, and is the best lobster dish I have ever tasted. My favorite, however, is the soufflé.

Got a nice table but waited... read more My husband and I ordered 2 x signature menu and 1 pairing. In all it has been a delightful experience. We arrived 15 minutes early. Got a nice table but waited a while before a waiter came over. Small restaurant with elegant decorations and good space between tables so we get privacy. Waiters were attentive, good wine knowledge. Menu was interesting prepared with skills. The cheese-room was a surprise and fun! Magnificent presentation! Only one criticism is the beef: very chewy full with tendons. For this price and standard I expect top quality meat. We enjoyed this culinary journey at JAN and will recommend to friends!
