The staff presented the ingredients in each dish in an interesting way. From where the fish was caught, who caught it and all the minor details. We really liked the staff and the smile on their face each time they came over to our table.

Attentionned and precise service without some of the stiffness of other starred Michelin restaurant. Truly an amazing experience
