Getting great Italian food in southern France is not a slam dunk. This place has no pretensions and serves up good traditional food from an open kitchen. The menu changes daily and consists mostly of pastas. I had spaghetti with shrimp and artichokes and it was very well prepared.
This was recommended by a local for lunch and very good. The fettuccine gambas was outstanding as was the penne with sausage. Had a local house red wine and coffee after and ate for ~15 Euros. Excellent.
Great coffee great breakfast great pasta great staff .......it became our hideaway from the busy streets so relaxed and a good local feel in the middle of the old town...and they let me eat cake bought from another shop! Great prices too ....thank you see you next time
Clearly above the (low) average level of food in Nice. Here you'll taste the flavour od a true pasta dish like do our grandma's in Italy. Fresh products, many pasta's choice, taste and a smily charming Cristina is welcomeful. Brave !
