(Manon, Clara and Lorenzo) These guys were awesome from the time we entered the restaurant. They became even more helpful as we do not speak...French and Manon walked us through the menu and made recommendations. We decided on an eclectic choice of tapas items that were all excellent. Goat Burrata, Crispy Shrimp, Fried Chorizo, Houmous/Grilled Sesame w/wine and water. All the items were flavorful, well presented and sized nicely. Pricing was very reasonable

I come here regularly either with family or business. It's very good and the correct rates.

Balm is located in the crowne plaza near the airport nizza. close to there are few restaurants. we were in the holiday inn express, which is part of the buildin... read more Balm is located in the crowne plaza near the airport nizza. close to there are few restaurants. we were in the holiday inn express, which is part of the building complex with the crowne plaza. the environment is pleasant. the service was sometimes a little slow. all the food we ordered came out at the same time as ordered in the order. the wine list was limited. the escape are also limited, but we found some interesting offers. while this was not a bad experience and if they stay in the hotel, the restaurant will probably fulfill the necessity. However, if we return to nizza, we will try to find other restaurants.

We were greeted by a not friendly waiter at 20.30 who said that the restaurant was full (I could see it myself). No mention to waiting a little bit for a table to become available because he had “no idea”. He then rudely told us that we could eat at the bar. We left and we will surely not return.
