I cannot give a real vote since we couldn’t eat at the restaurant. We were greeted by a not friendly waiter at 20.30 who said that the restaurant was full (I could see it myself). No mention to waiting a little bit for a table to become available because he had “no idea”. He then rudely told us that we could eat at the bar. We left and we will surely not return.
Very rude people, no attentive at all. Avoid the place.
The reviews of this place are harsh. The food is really great. Service is good. No complaints here.

Incredibly good. The reception is warm, the very nice kitchen. The beautiful place
Pleasant setting and good cuisine, menu at 25 euros at noon, flat entrance approximately 30 euros in the evening.
No cook ... no menu restaurant available ... just stick .... a manager who leaves his employees (not trained) in the panade and 2h to wait for our dishes (we forgot, at least the trainee looked at us) never again!
Very good restaurant! and impeccable service and very nice server.
Friendly atmosphere, quality cuisine, service with smile, it's good, it's good, pleasant to pleasant.

I've always been nicoise, and I'm very happy with the opening of this restaurant in the arenas district. A real restaurant really missed! I come here regularly either with family or business. It's very good and the correct rates.
Balm is located in the crowne plaza near the airport nizza. close to there are few restaurants. we were in the holiday inn express, which is part of the building complex with the crowne plaza. the environment is pleasant. the service was sometimes a little slow. all the food we ordered came out at the same time as ordered in the order. the wine list was limited. the escape are also limited, but we found some interesting offers. while this was not a bad experience and if they stay in the hotel, the restaurant will probably fulfill the necessity. However, if we return to nizza, we will try to find other restaurants.
We came to the Balm at the start of a week France/Italy trip. We were greeted by wonderful professionals. (Manon, Clara and Lorenzo) These guys were awesome from the time we entered the restaurant. They became even more helpful as we do not speak...French and Manon walked us through the menu and made recommendations. We decided on an eclectic choice of tapas items that were all excellent. Goat Burrata, Crispy Shrimp, Fried Chorizo, Houmous/Grilled Sesame w/wine and water. All the items were flavorful, well presented and sized nicely. Pricing was very reasonable
Balm is located in the Crowne Plaza near the Nice airport. There are few upscale restaurants nearby. We were staying in the Holiday Inn Express, which is part of the building complex with the Crowne Plaza. The setting is pleasant. Service at times was a...bit slow. All the food we ordered came out at the same time rather than in the sequence ordered. The wine list was limited. The entrees are also limited, but we did find some interesting offerings. While this was not a bad experience, and if you are staying at the hotel, the restaurant will likely meet the need. However, when we return to Nice, we will seek to find other dining opportunities.
We had dinner at this place as it is the only one near the hotel and we had the flight too early to get away, but it left us satisfied. There are not many dishes to choose from, and the layout of the menu is not very intuitive, but food is good and quality. the look of the restaurant is very current and luxury, the price is honest, considering also the lack of competition in the surroundings. I recommend it!
