I wanted a more healthy option for lunch and thought that Imperial Meats would fill the bill . I ordered the chicken panini. I was so disappointed. The sandwich was pre-made (it was in the front display case) then put on the panini press. They sprayed the grill with cooking oil, then proceeded to open the sandwich and melt the cheese (which did not melt) and try to get the chicken hot. After a minute of toasting all... The sandwiches and desserts were quite enjoyable, the service was acceptable, and the prices were higher than usual. Overall, I would rate it as above average mainly because the Italian Toasted Panini was incredibly flavorful. View all feedback.
