The sandwiches and desserts were quite enjoyable, the service was acceptable, and the prices were higher than usual. Overall, I would rate it as above average mainly because the Italian Toasted Panini was incredibly flavorful. View all feedback.
What SpEHsideTraveller doesn't like about Imperial Meats in Outlet Collection at Niagara:
I wanted a more healthy option for lunch and thought that Imperial Meats would fill the bill . I ordered the chicken panini. I was so disappointed. The sandwich was pre-made (it was in the front display case) then put on the panini press. They sprayed the grill with cooking oil, then proceeded to open the sandwich and melt the cheese (which did not melt) and try to get the chicken hot. After a minute of toasting all... I was in search of a casual lunch option and found this restaurant to have a fantastic variety of sandwiches, soups, and charcuterie plates. They also offer a wide selection of cured meats, as well as wine and beer for a refreshing break.

I remember visiting this place when it first opened. There was an abundance of meats regardless of what type of sandwich. The place is still very clean and organized but it is starting to look tired and may need some tweaks. The lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful. The veil burned our panini and she offered to replace the bread. We did not but she offered before we saw the panini.

After a minute of toasting all the stuff in the sandwich, it was put it back together and toasted. The cooking oil on the cheese gave the sandwich a funny flavour. I could barely eat it. This was a very disappointing experience and I definitely will avoid this lunch counter in future.
Ham cheese panini was very fresh and delicious. Perfect portion size, finished just like I wanted. Even better tasting than it looked. Cured meats were priced just like the farmer markets. Glad i stopped in and will be back for more.
