Description

Bake Kobo, a quaint Japanese bakery located in Enmore, may be easy to overlook but is definitely worth seeking out. They offer a variety of cute and unique bread options such as custard bear and turtle cookie bread, which received rave reviews. In addition to traditional bread, their wasabi mayo bacon and beef curry breads provide a refreshing twist. The cream puff hits the right notes of sweetness, while the red bean filled doughnut and green tea tart bring flavors reminiscent of Asia. Customers praised the bakery for its interesting selection of Japanese flavors and Western-style pastries. Standout items included the robust savoury mentaiko bread and the saucy Japanese curry beef bun. Overall, Bake Kobo was described as a lovely bakery with some unique offerings that are definitely worth another visit.

A small bakery next to the stinking bishops and hakiki Turkish ice cream, azuki (formerly known as kobo) is a contemporary Japanese fusion bakery on the enmore road, which offers a lot of baked, bread and cake, I bought a matcha roll cake and chocolatemont blue from the bakery. the small cakes were decent, but both are marginally rough and not soft enough. the Matcha reel also lacks an unmistakable Matcha aroma. these cakes tasted better, but were much cheaper than the French patisseries or designer bakeries.

The cheesecake was light and fluffy with a sugar crust on top, very delicious! the green teacake was beautiful. I thought there was a Custard texture in the filling, but it was like a mandelkuchen filling.

So happy finally this bakery last Sunday try! :d by 15 watches, everything almost sold out, but still managed: egg beef bungalow, chocolate chip bungalow, yuzu cake and a piece of spelting rolls of the egg cow back was nice, the fillings can tell them immediately that it made home. the chocolate chip beer was also beautiful, and I would not remember chocolate anymore the yuzu cake roch and tasted nice, but a bit too sweet for my taste. the spelt bun was just like normal penance, except I was recommended it was made with 100% spelt flour to try the other products

Looked at this Japanese bakery for brekky today. my partner, who grew up in japan and loves his japanese, was like a child in a sweetness business. You think we bought something from everything. we had the beef-curry beef, curry and egg beans, red bean dough, cream-back, cinnamon brooch and cheesecake. a fairer amount for only two people! we loved everything, but the expenses are the beef-curry bee and red bee donut. so good. my partner is so happy to have found a good Japanese bakery so close to home. we'll come by often.

I've been passing this Japanese bakery countless times but I really had no idea at all as they had no sign in front of their shop.. Went there in the afternoon but everything were almost sold out as they only made certain quantity.. Didn't want to leave empty-handed, I packed their Mentaiko Bread, Green Tea Tart and Green Tea Cookies.. Mentaiko Bread was crusty and so full of flavour as they also spreaded dollops of mentaiko paste on the inside.. The green tea tart was more like a cake with biscuit base, had strong matcha flavour but a bit too dry.. The cookies had a very subtle green tea flavour and also too dry for my liking. Decided to go earlier on another visit and got their Beef...read more
