I accept responsibility in it, but when I contacted groupon, who informed me that the business could choose to accept it independently, and then the business itself contacted them and said it was out of their hands. when I explained that I knew it was up to her to expand the window to redemption, they ignored this message, the next and the later. it's been a month since the last message, and I have to get an answer. I think their communication is bad and their business practices in lying are deceptive.
