A bit pricey and portions are small, but overall a clean and healthy taste. There's only one person working the counter, so the wait may be long if you don't order ahead. Loved the açaí bowl, but the coffee heaven smoothie is a bit too sweet and doesn't taste too natural. View all feedback.
What Claudine Jules doesn't like about 11:11 Health:
Bad customer service. I wanted to support small businesses, after purchasing a tropical summer smoothie and poorly served by Luisa who was rolling her eyes at me, I highly recommend you to not go there. If supporting small business means Luisa “having attitude “, please do ruin your day. Also I witnessed Luisa taking money from customers, and not washing her hands before preparing food. I drive 20+ minutes out of my way to get a smoothie from this place. It’s so good!!!! I’m a sales rep so I’m always on the road. This place has all natural food and they’re always so polite and happy when you walk in.
Located directly above the Newton Centre Green Line station, this is a bright, inviting shop offering smoothies, acai bowls, pitaya bowls, and vegan sandwiches. I opted for the Antioxidant smoothie, which was $9.50 for a 16-ounce serving. It was a soothing, if slightly watery, mix of bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, antioxidant powder, and coconut water. Exactly the nourishing drink I was looking for, even if it went down really quickly. Of course, this might be a function of the specific ingredients which might not yield as creamy a smoothie as other menu offerings might.Prices felt slightly high given the portions, but there's no denying the freshness and nourishing quality of everything on offer here. It's also been a while since I've had an acai bowl, so I'll try to stop by for one next time I'm here in the area. Service was super sweet and welcoming too. An excellent find on my Yelp app while out and about in Newton!
