Tonight they were waiting for half an hour because they were in the kitchen. The hostess was very busy explaining the situation so we didn't disturb the waiting. Our server Jessica A was great. Feeling good, friendly and funny, even with what a stressful night must have been developing around them. Our food was timely and hot and fresh. What User doesn't like about O'charley's Restaurant Bar:
I was here several times, and every time it seems to have gone further. But I don't think I'm back to this place. When we got in, nobody was at the desk. And when they came to put us, the tables where they sat were not cleaned. I think someone forgot to put yeast in the rolls as they were flat and hard. View all feedback.

Cold Spring, Ky location, last weekend, myself and 2 others The server came to our table shortly after we were seated, gave us menus took our drink orders. Server returned with drinks and rolls, then took our 3 food orders, 1 to go. While seated several table left and new customers came, were served before our table. Our server was VERY attentive, appologetive, and visually irritated with the kitchen staff. We inquired if the kitchen was under staffed, to which the answer was a negative. It was over 40 minutes from the time our order was taken to the time we were served. The food was good, but the wait time was ridiculous, especially when several other tables which arrived after we did were served and left before our table. I had requested to speak with the manager twice. She, Amber, finally came to our table after our bill was paid. Our bill was almost $100. I asked that we be compensated for our wait with free deserts. Amber agreed to only 3, since one of our meals was to go. The server was amazing, food good, manager and kitchen workers sub-par. We'll not go to that location again.

The hostess didn 't say hello when we came in. Then, acted bothered to seat us. The chicken tenders were dry tasted lime they were cooked in old oil. The Sirloin was unevenly cooked and tasted off in general. The bathroom was dirty and the baby changing table was so filthy, I didn 't even want a changing pad touching it.
