I also had a positive experience with the staff at the drive-thru; they had a friendly attitude. It was refreshing to see someone actually smile while providing customer service. I truly appreciate great customer service, as the value of kindness goes a long way these days, and it’s hard to come by.

I make their biscuits now, and they are fantastic! Trust me—come and try one for yourself. I went through the drive thru on my last visit. There was no one else in line. I did plan to eat inside but at 5:30 pm on a Sunday the doors were locked. The dr... read more I went through the drive thru on my last visit. There was no one else in line. I did plan to eat inside but at 5:30 pm on a Sunday the doors were locked. The drive thru actually moved very quickly. I only had to wait, literally, 2 minutes for my food to come through the window! It took longer to run my payment than it did for me to receive my food which is AWESOME! I usually don't go to Hardee's because it seems like no matter whether you're eating inside or going through the drive thru, it takes forever to get your food. But based on the visit, I will probably be visiting more often! Thanks Hardee's on temple avenue!
