I brought my dog and sat outside, but everyone kept smoking right next to the only available table. With every bite, I was inhaling a mix of cigarette smoke from multiple people. Don’t waste your money—it’s overpriced too.

The full shrimp plate is $23 but comes with only 12 average-sized shrimp, while the half plate is $17 for just 6 shrimp. The menu’s side options were quite limited. The food itself was average and lacked sufficient seasoning. Surprisingly, the best part of the meal was the fries, which were served as potato wedges. The hostess, who also waited on us, delivered friendly and pleasant service. The restaurant is relatively small in size. Overall, my experience at Half Shell was just okay, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The oysters were quite small, especially considering the price. The seafood platter also felt overpriced and didn't deliver on quality. Unless you’re considering something other than seafood, I wouldn't recommend this place.

I really enjoyed Poker nights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays; the experienced players were so welcoming and even taught me, a newbie, how to play. Overall, it's a great place!
