Then they gave me fries instead of mac n cheese. So they mixed up my order. Please read the order and place the right food order in the bag. Too easy! even in a rush.

This experience has turned me off from Bojangles completely. It's a definite no for me.

I had negative experience with customer service while in the drive thru. My order was incorrect. The woman working customer service came to the window and said I didn 't pay for 3- BO sandwiches . I told her my order was still incorrect and I do not mind paying for the 3rd sandwich. The cashier did not give me a receipt. The woman who gave me my food wanted to argue with meabout a sandwich. I was pulling off and she yelled "fat,ugly,a . I parked my vehicle. The manager saw me and asked the isthere a problem. She claimed she did not hear the woman say that although she was walking towards the window while I was stillthere. I said I need corporates number. She tells me it is on the receipt. I told her I didn 't get a receipt. I calledcorporate. A message had to be left. As of today, no one has contacted me in regards to the matter. The date of the incident wason September 20. As a customer, some places you can 't patronize because the customer service is not there.
