Customer service terrible. Especially male manager I bought £20 worth of food. As it is not a restaurant but a food court you have to take your pizza on a tray... read more Customer service terrible. Especially male manager I bought £20 worth of food. As it is not a restaurant but a food court you have to take your pizza on a tray and find a place to sit down. As I sat down the coke I bought slid off the tray!!!!! And went all over me. I went up to the man at the till and asked for another coke as I was wet through it was clearly obvious what happened. He refused and said he would not give me a coke. He was so rude, I resorted to tears. He then gave me a coke but his response was ‘ I can give you a coke but I now have to pay for your coke ‘. Terrible, terrible customer service.
