The wings wer... read more We visited this restaurant on a Monday while staying at 4 Mile Creek State Park. Most other places were closed, so we were happy to find this gem. The wings were amazing, the service was excellent, and the beer hit the spot. We sat in the outdoor bar area where there were cornhole leagues and pickleball courts. The locals were enjoying themselves and the bartender was attentive. The next day, we tried the wings at the anchor bar but found that Scruples exceeded them in quality. The service at Scruples was superior, and the prices were better as well. We also got some insider tips on Beef on Weck from a local named Bill. Despite its appearance as a biker bar, Scruples is a great place that made us feel welcome. Overall, we highly recommend it for a dinner option with excellent food and service.
