The service is terrible and you never receive what you order, even if you pay for it. The other Kentucky locations are much better. The staff serving you are rude and arrogant, and they even laugh at you, making for an extremely unpleasant experience.

The food... read more I wouldn't usually bother leaving a review for a KFC, but I must say this particular store deserves a mention. They serve the best KFC I have ever had. The food was super fresh and actually tasted like real chicken. The staff worked together as a friendly team and provided excellent service. We even asked the manager to pass on our appreciation to the staff for doing such a great job.
