Very happy with the store manager today, got my order as usual and received a bad piece of meat took it straight back and she was very nice asking lots of details to report it to her supplier and made me a completely fresh sub thank you !! Ordered 2 foot long subs which cost $28. Once we started eating there was a small flying insect found moving inside of one of the sandwichs. After only having a few bites this put us off eating the rest of the food as when we were paying we also noticed an ant on the glass. We called the store to explain what had happened and were denied getting a refund because she 'doesn 't know how to ' but said she could replace them with a few cookies. Unfortunately very poor service as a few dollar cookies don 't add up to $28 of inedible food.
