nice eating, but make sure that they order sides, because are small in portions. the service was quite bad, we had to wait for 20 minutes on our table and the staff didn't even offer us a drink. we just waited at the door while the table was booked in advance. read moreThe restaurant offers unique and delicious dishes with amazing flavor combinations that are a must-try in Newcastle. Although the portions may be small and the service inconsistent, the food is top-notch and worth the visit. The black treacle bread and smoked eel are highlights, with exceptional service provided by Rachel. The cozy ambiance and unpredictable dining experience make this a top place to dine in Newcastle's quayside area. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a delightful dining experience overall. A beautiful gem for those looking for a special culinary adventure that won't break the bank.
