What iaatkinson doesn't like about Caffe Ritazza:
As this is in the airside terminal at Newcastle Airport. Service was quick, but unfortunately they still use disposable cups. I would much prefer non disposable, but I guess its a bit hypocritical to claim the climate while waiting to board a plane. Coffee is fine, prices, given the location, is fine too. View all feedback.
We recently enjoyed a delightful coffee while waiting for our flight at this restaurant. The atmosphere is very welcoming and there is plenty of seating available. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly.
Great service by this team on a busy July Monday morning. A bit of a que and busy seating area. All staff showed willingness to serve quick and were polite and friendly.
I was greeted by a very polite young man with exceptional customer service skills, who was very helpful and cheery. However, The young lady on the drinks station should definitely take a leaf out of the young man’s book as her attitude was disgusting. Scowl looks when asked if I wanted strawberry sauce on my frappe. No attention to time, my mothers flat white was luke warm once we were seated, Didn’t appreciate the attitude when we were nothing but polite back.
Thank you for the great service and the lovely atmosphere at your cafe. I will definitely visit again. The service was excellent.
