It's a taco bell, the bar isn't very high to begin with...but wow this is the worst one. The only thing consistent is how often they get your order wrong and how long the food takes even if it isn't busy. Decided to go get some tacos. Fortunately, it wasn't that busy I placed my order drove up to the window paid and got my food in just a few minutes. Amazing Service. 2 minutes Wow. Always kind, friendly service at drive -thru. Thumbs up.
The employee refused to give me more hot sauce even though I asked nicely multiple times
It's a Taco Bell, so my expectations weren't too high to begin with, but I have to say, this location is the worst. The only consistent thing about this place is how often they mess up orders and the long wait times, even when it's not busy. The woman who seems to be the manager clearly doesn't care and often looks like she's on edge. It's frustrating that I have to inconvenience her by wanting my order to be correct. If dealing with customers bothers her so much, she should find a different job. Absolutely unbelievable.
