We called on Archie and Clyde?s to cater a pasta meal for the USI Women?s soccer team and they knocked it out of the park. We had a scheduled pick up time but our game was delayed but a quick call and changes were made. The meal was hot and fresh and the service was AMAZING!!! Very happy that we called on this locally owned and operated business to cater our event. I want to give a shout out to Travis Cross at Delco foods for the recommendation!

Standard pizza and bar food, but done well. Pizza is thin, crispy cracker crust. Toppings are fresh and generous. Nice salads and breadsticks as well. They offer party rooms for larger groups, a small game room for the kids, and a large bar area with dining tables as well. They also offer an outside patio area as well.

First time eating here, And we really liked the atmosphere and how the place looked with all the old photos hanging in the wall. The service was good. The food was ok, not bad. Not too expensive either. We would probably try it again and order something different next time.

The food was good, but there were some major issues during our visit. We had reserved the party room well over a month in advance for a group of 50, but there was only one server available to attend to us. It took an hour and a half to receive some of our food orders, which was quite frustrating. We ended up having to refill our own drinks and even had to ask repeatedly for silverware. Honestly, I was surprised we didn't have to cook our own food!

I hate to be overly negative, but I've struggled to understand why this restaurant is so beloved, aside from its ability to accommodate large parties. I've visited many times over the past decade and have yet to see the appeal. The pizza is decent if you're a fan of cracker crust, but nothing to write home about. Unfortunately, that's the only dish I can truly recommend from the menu. Everything else I've tried has been mediocre or below average, though the service and cleanliness do stand out. The house salad, for instance, is one of the worst I've ever encountered. It consisted of a meager portion of wilted iceberg lettuce, what seemed like half a bag of pre-shredded cheese, and an overwhelming amount of raw onions and underripe tomatoes. During my most recent visit, I ordered a Bloody Mary, but was told they were out of the mix and couldn't make it (despite having a full bar and featuring the drink on the cocktail menu). Next, I asked for bone-in wings, only to find out they were also out of those. I opted for boneless wings instead, which were surprisingly good for that style, although I prefer bone-in. Another member of our group ordered a rack of ribs, which turned out to be extremely dry and rubbery, nearly inedible. He sent them back and was informed they were the last rack available, so would have to choose something else. Thankfully, his meal was comped due to the inconvenience. Two other members of our party tried the Caesar salad and Caesar wrap; both were just okay. The salad was almost overdressed and soggy, while the wrap had nearly no dressing at all. The only one who truly enjoyed their meal was the person who ordered the mashed potato pizza. Our server was excellent and took good care of us despite the issues we faced, but I don't think I'll be returning. I understand that many places are experiencing supply chain challenges, but it's disappointing for a restaurant that promotes its bar so prominently.
