Took my order over the phone and told it would be for collection, this was no problem as it was a Saturday night so accepted it was busy, arrived to collect mins later, was told would be another this was annoying, but not the end of the world, waited outside in the cold November evening for more mins, to then be told my order will be another hours wait as it was too busy, unacceptable for a business taking order they...
