From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional, but what truly made our visit unforgettable was Beata and her husband. They were so incredibly warm, kind, and welcoming — the kind of genuine hospitality that you rarely experience. When they discovered we were celebrating a special occasion, they very kindly upgraded our room, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. It completely made our stay and added an extra layer of magic to the whole experience. Beata went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Nothing was too much trouble, and you could really feel how much pride and care Beata and team put into looking after their guests. It’s that personal touch that makes somewhere truly special. The Silken Thomas itself is fantastic — comfortable, lively, and full of character — but it’s the people who make it stand out. We left feeling so looked after and already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again, Beata, for making our celebration so memorable.
