Terrible food. I ordered through the app and while the delivery was nice and fast via door dash, the food was terrible. The boneless wings I ordered were burnt and so flat they might as well have been pancakes. They didn't even have the correct flavor on them. I ordered garlic parm for one order and lemon pepper for the other, there was no flavor on them AT ALL. Never will order from there again. Also, the fries were not even whole fries. Just a bunch of bits and pieces of potato basically. Absolutely disgusted.
I ordered food for delivery directly from the restaurant's website and made sure to not request contact delivery. However, when the food arrived, it was open without the seal pressed on it and left on my hallway floor. The management blamed Doordash (even though I didn't even order from Doordash) and refused to take responsibility. They were unhelpful and rude when I asked for assistance in fixing the situation.
2 stars for the delivery time and the wonderful driver. Food is mid
Absolutely terrible service. It took 16 minutes before someone came to the register to take care of me and another 38 minutes before I got my order. (Yes I timed it) very young staff who could care less. This is by far the worst wingstop service wise.Wings were warm not hit and fries super cold. Overall very disappointed.
