Barista that took order was helpful because my wife had a couple of questions about the caramel coffees w/espresso. Bought 2 grandes, one of which was a hot chocolate (I'm not a coffee guy) for me. Her coffee was maybe 2/3 full and mine seemed to be closer to half. My hot chocolate, with and without whipped cream, is shown. Is that normal?! The staff there are nice and the food/drinks are good. This place quenches my thirst.

Open? but they only take mobile orders. I ordered one coffee and the barista said they were running 50 mins behind the estimated app pickup. Nice, so that?s an hour to make a single coffee. I had work this day so I couldn?t afford to wait an hour long. I asked if I could cancel my order and I couldn?t at the store because they are short staffed and the register is ?closed.? However, they still use it for people on OCMP. Last month they would scream at me if I didn?t have a mask on for a second but there?s more people packed in there then at my frat parties. Figure it out.

This location in particular is always dirty from the inside. Unorganized and just not looking in best display ever. Workers are so lazy and boxes are everywhere. Also, they used to have designated parking but not anymore it's so hard to find a parking spot
