Spicy Brazil Sushi - Newark

I ordered birria tacos, al pastor tacos, and a champurrado. The birria tacos were fantastic—very creamy with a delicious sauce that had the perfect consistency. The al pastor tacos were decent but not as impressive. The champurrado was enjoyable as well. The chips and salsa they served at the start were excellent!

As someone who was born in San Diego, I have exceptionally high standards for authentic Mexican cuisine on the East Coast, and I can confidently say that THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE! Everything we tried was incredible, especially the horchata, which is definitely made from scratch—make sure to order it!

The service was outstanding. The waitress was incredibly attentive and friendly, taking the time to explain the dishes and daily specials. She also offered great suggestions on what we might enjoy. The food was delicious; the tortillas were made with corn rather than flour, and the flavors of the meats were perfect. I've only been here a few times, but my last visit was the best yet. I will definitely be returning!

This is a fantastic spot for dining and enjoying drinks (it’s BYOB!). The food was incredible, and the service was top-notch. We were delighted with everything we ordered, especially the guacamole—it was delicious! The staff was friendly, accommodating, and very pleasant. I highly recommend it! Just remember to bring your own drinks!

This restaurant was touted as having the best birria tacos in New Jersey, and I can confirm that's true! The consommé was fantastic, and the guacamole was incredible! The only downside was that they don't have a liquor license, haha. I'll definitely be returning!
