Was Anonym at Ruby Thai Kitchen a mag?
This hidden gem can be found in the Christiana Mall food court. Although the restaurant was busy, the food was definitely worth the wait. The grilled dishes were cooked to perfection and incredibly delicious. The portion sizes were generous for the price, making the meal even more enjoyable. The pad thai was exceptionally flavorful and juicy, I absolutely loved the taste. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Ruby Thai Kitchen:
I enjoy eating the food at Ruby’s and the service is great from most employees. However the two new young girls that were recently hired are very incompetent and unprofessional. One would not take my order because she was on her phone while I was trying to get her attention. Then when I did she rushed me and spoke in a very disrespectful tone. The other who works the cashier got my order wrong and charged me for the... View all feedback.

I ordered a spring roll from this place, and it was quite disappointing. You’d be better off going to your local Chinese restaurant. As for the service, it was truly lacking. The staff seemed disorganized, writing down orders on takeout containers and rushing patrons. At one point, a female employee made a rude comment about my dad in her native language while looking directly at him, which made a male colleague laugh. When my dad asked what she said, the male employee just brushed it off, claiming, “She was talking about someone else.” Overall, the food was average, and the service was poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you do decide to go, you might want to bring a translation app along.

I absolutely love this restaurant! I drive 20 minutes here almost every weekend just to enjoy their food. The customer service is outstanding, and the food has always been incredibly fresh. For the price, it's the best Thai food I've ever had, and the portion sizes are very generous. I highly recommend this place!

Good dishes and nice manager. I had the Pad Thai mild, but didn't realize that the mild Pad Thai here still has red chili in it. Therefore, I asked them to remake, but the sauce they use has the chili anyway. Just know the mild still has a bit of heat, but my sensitive stomach can't handle even that much right now. I chalked it up to a learning experience, but the manager was nice enough to have someone come out into the food court to give me a milder meal with lo mein, chicken and veggies. V

The dishes here are always yummy. I usually get the Bang Bang Chicken or Blackened Fish. 2022 update: they haven't had chop sticks in months and only provide very cheap plastic forks. The meal, for me, is more than just forking it home. I'd like some nice utensils. Sell some good ones for $0.50 if you can mo longer afford to put out the usual chop sticks. 2002 -05/28 Update: Still no chop sticks. FYI guys you can get like a 1000 cheap ones amazon for $10. At least I got a decent quality fork t
