The grilled dishes were cooked to perfection and incredibly delicious. The portion sizes were generous for the price, making the meal even more enjoyable. The pad thai was exceptionally flavorful and juicy, I absolutely loved the taste.

I aske... read more The food at this restaurant is good and the manager is nice. I ordered the pad thai mild, but was surprised to find out that it still contains red chili. I asked for a remake, but the sauce they use still had chili in it. I learned that their mild option has a bit of heat, which may not be suitable for those with sensitivities. However, the manager was kind enough to have a milder version made for me with less spice. I appreciate the great service at Ruby Thai. Thank you.

As for the service, it was... read more I ordered a spring roll from this place, and it was quite disappointing. You’d be better off going to your local Chinese restaurant. As for the service, it was truly lacking. The staff seemed disorganized, writing down orders on takeout containers and rushing patrons. At one point, a female employee made a rude comment about my dad in her native language while looking directly at him, which made a male colleague laugh. When my dad asked what she said, the male employee just brushed it off, claiming, “She was talking about someone else.” Overall, the food was average, and the service was poor. I wouldn’t recommend this place. If you do decide to go, you might want to bring a translation app along.

The customer service is outstanding, and the food has always been incredibly fresh. For the price, it's the best Thai food I've ever had, and the portion sizes are very generous. I highly recommend this place!
