Was Anonym at Poke Bros. a mag?
Poke Bros is definitely better when you order in person, as the menu available on delivery apps is completely different. The restaurant is clean, the service is fast, and the food is always fresh. View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Poke Bros.:
I wouldn’t recommend dining at Poke Bros. The food is acceptable, but the ordering experience inside is uncomfortable. They play music that sounds like elevator tunes, which really ruins the ambiance. When you order, the staff simply drops two pieces of salmon in front of you with no care or presentation. Overall, I suggest opting for delivery instead.

UPDATE: To the owner, I appreciate your willingness to address my concerns and make things right, but honestly, it’s not worth my time. More often than not, the bowls are smaller than I expect for $15 and lack enough fish. If I’m getting mostly rice—about 85%—please at least make sure it’s well coated in sauce so it’s easier to eat. I’ve found another place with fresher ingredients and larger portions for around the same price, or even less, so that’s where I’ll be going from now on. That said, the woman working there is fantastic and the only one who consistently puts together a good bowl. The guys and their service definitely need improvement. Having worked years in food service, I know the importance of making customers feel valued. A generously filled small spoon goes much further than a half-empty spoon that’s been shaken out. Honestly, you should consider keeping only her and having her train any new hires—it would greatly improve the overall experience.

Speaking of robbery, when you order inside, the main guy will literally hand you just two pieces of salmon right in front of you, without a hint of shame. Seriously, come on! If you want a bit more—maybe two extra pieces—it's going to cost you an additional four dollars. The other staff members also seem really uncomfortable, which only adds to the forced vibe of the place. Overall, I’d recommend getting delivery instead.

Honestly, it’s quite entertaining to watch them serve. They scoop a full ladle of fish and then shake or bang it against the side until only a couple of pieces remain to top your bowl. I’ve never seen anything like it. I'm done! **Update**: To the owner, I appreciate your response and your offer to make things right, but it’s not worth it to me. More often than not, the bowls are smaller than expected for $15 and lack sufficient fish. If I’m going to get 85% rice, at least drown it in sauce so I don’t have to struggle to eat it. I've found a place that consistently offers fresher ingredients and much larger portions for the same price, if not slightly cheaper. I’ll be going there instead. However, I must emphasize that the girl is a star—she’s the only one who manages to put together a decent bowl. The guys and their spoon shaking need a serious overhaul. Having worked in food service for many years, I can tell you that you never want to give customers the impression that they’re getting less than their money's worth. Using a smaller spoon and overfilling it would be far more favorable than filling a spoon and then shaking it until it’s nearly empty. Seriously, you should consider keeping only the girl and have her train all the new hires; it would definitely enhance the experience.
