The full drive-through was quite fast-moving. The food was hot and fresh. The Nashville chicken was exactly as expected.
The food was terrible and made me feel sick. I gave it one last chance, but I won’t be coming back. Rating: 1/5.
My girlfriend, our daughter, and I were at KFC when my girlfriend found a piece of hair in both my daughter's chicken tenders and her fries.
This location usually offers excellent service with a friendly and quick staff, but my experience tonight was disappointing. The biscuits were doughy, and the Pepsi tasted watered down—like plain carbonated water. The chicken had an odd texture, and the fries were not fresh. Moreover, the employee at the window didn't seem to be well-suited for their role.
I had a very disappointing experience with the mashed potato bowl. The chicken was just small pieces of breading from the bottom of the bag, and the bowl wasn't filled as it usually is. We also had to wait more than 20 minutes in the drive-thru, only to end up with food that didn't meet expectations. I won’t be going back anytime soon.
